The control panel design and control schematics form the blueprint of a process-control system. The design aims to meet the needs of the equipment being installed, environmental requirements and leeway for future potential expansion. A well thought design will prolong the reliability of the system whilst providing users with ease of maintenance.
Our control panels are designed per our customer’s specifications. We use standardized AutoCAD drawing templates along with customized symbols library to produce high quality drawings which are straightforward and easy to follow during panel fabrication. Not only are they used for panel fabrication but are also often referred to for future maintenance and support.
The customization of our panel design is not only limited to the internal housing of equipment but extends to external panel requirements. We offer panels which can meet a variety of standards including:
